Privacy Policy
Effective 5 October 2026
Short version: FillZaDoc collects no data. The documents you scan, the details read from them and the forms you fill stay on your iPhone, encrypted. We (InTheKloud, the developer) never receive them.
What stays on your device
- Scanned pages, imported files, extracted details and filled forms are stored only in the app on your iPhone, encrypted with AES-GCM using a key kept in the iPhone Keychain on that device only, protected by Face ID or your passcode.
- Reading documents (text recognition and field extraction) happens entirely on your device.
- The app contains no networking code, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs.
Filling web forms in Safari
- The Safari extension is off until you turn on “Fill forms in Safari” in the app and enable the extension in Safari.
- While the setting is on, a copy of your details is kept in the iPhone Keychain on that device only, outside the encrypted vault, so the extension can read it. It is read only after Face ID or your passcode, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is deleted when you turn the setting off.
- The extension runs on a web page only when you tap FillZaDoc in Safari, and only on that page. It does not load on pages you have not tapped it on, keeps no browsing history and never submits a form.
- What it fills into a page goes to that website when you submit the form yourself, under that website’s own privacy policy.
What can leave your device — only when you choose
- Sharing: when you tap Share, the pages or PDF you pick go wherever you send them. Temporary copies made for sharing are deleted afterwards.
- Backups: a backup file is created only when you ask, encrypted with a passphrase you choose, and saved where you choose. The vault itself is excluded from iCloud and device backups.
- Purchases: the optional one-time unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
Permissions
- Camera — to scan documents. Photos — to import pictures you pick. Face ID — to unlock the vault. Notifications — local expiry reminders; they never show document details on the lock screen.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

باختصار: لا يجمع FillZaDoc أي بيانات. المستندات التي تمسحها والبيانات المستخرجة منها والنماذج التي تملؤها تبقى مشفّرة على iPhone الخاص بك، ولا نتلقّاها نحن (InTheKloud، المطوّر) أبدًا.
ما يبقى على جهازك
- تُحفظ الصفحات الممسوحة والملفات المستوردة والبيانات المستخرجة والنماذج المملوءة داخل التطبيق على جهازك فقط، مشفّرة بـ AES-GCM بمفتاح محفوظ في سلسلة مفاتيح هذا الجهاز وحده، ومحمي ببصمة الوجه أو رمز الدخول.
- قراءة المستندات (التعرّف على النص واستخراج البيانات) تتم بالكامل على جهازك.
- لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي اتصال بالشبكة ولا تتبع ولا إعلانات ولا مكتبات خارجية.
ملء نماذج الويب في Safari
- إضافة Safari متوقفة إلى أن تفعّل «ملء النماذج في Safari» في التطبيق وتفعّل الإضافة في Safari.
- أثناء تفعيل الإعداد تُحفظ نسخة من بياناتك في سلسلة مفاتيح هذا الجهاز وحده، خارج الخزنة المشفّرة، لتتمكن الإضافة من قراءتها. لا تُقرأ إلا بعد بصمة الوجه أو رمز الدخول، ولا تُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة، وتُحذف عند إيقاف الإعداد.
- تعمل الإضافة على صفحة الويب فقط عندما تضغط على FillZaDoc في Safari، وعلى تلك الصفحة وحدها. لا تُحمَّل على صفحات لم تضغط عليها فيها، ولا تحتفظ بسجل تصفح، ولا ترسل أي نموذج أبدًا.
- ما تملؤه في الصفحة يذهب إلى ذلك الموقع عندما ترسل النموذج بنفسك، وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.
ما قد يغادر جهازك — باختيارك فقط
- المشاركة: عند الضغط على مشاركة، تذهب الصفحات أو ملف PDF الذي تختاره إلى حيث ترسله، وتُحذف النسخ المؤقتة بعدها.
- النسخ الاحتياطي: يُنشأ ملف النسخة الاحتياطية عند طلبك فقط، مشفّرًا بكلمة مرور تختارها، ويُحفظ حيث تختار. الخزنة نفسها مستبعدة من نسخ iCloud ونسخ الجهاز.
- الشراء: تتم عملية الشراء الاختيارية لمرة واحدة عبر App Store من Apple، ولا نتلقّى بيانات الدفع.
الأذونات
- الكاميرا لمسح المستندات، الصور لاستيراد ما تختاره، بصمة الوجه لفتح الخزنة، الإشعارات لتذكيرات الانتهاء المحلية التي لا تُظهر تفاصيل المستندات على شاشة القفل.
